 This Company wholly perform heat treatment of hardning and tempering , Annealing , Isothermal Anneal , Destressing , Induction , Cementation , hardning in salt bath , Normalizing  on parts in mass as charging and decharging by charging machine with loading 1.5 Tons in each charge.

Cooling system in harding and tempering heat treatment is done automatically and volume of cooling is 1500 Kilograms in each charge , while movement of parts is done in tanks that is equipped to powerfull mixers to control of cooling.

Soft Anneal or Isothermal Anneal heat treatment regarding to microstructure and relevant specialize diagrams is done precisly  on parts and cooling of parts in austenite stage on Isothermal temperature perform by fast cooling system.
